What does Felytra sell?

Felytra curates small-space lighting built around three outcomes: focus, unwind, and express. The catalog is intentionally limited so each product can be reviewed before it is offered for sale.

When can I place an order?

You can order when an approved product page shows an active Add to cart button. Products that are still being verified remain unavailable.

Where do you ship?

Felytra currently ships to delivery addresses in the United States. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and any applicable shipping charge.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Products fulfilled from a U.S. facility may arrive approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, while products fulfilled internationally typically arrive approximately 10–15 days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout when available.

What if my item arrives damaged, unsafe, or incorrect?

Stop using an item that appears unsafe. Email admin@felytra.com within 30 days after delivery and include your order number, clear photos or video, the packaging, and the shipping label. Keep everything until we provide instructions.

Can I return an item?

Return requests must be started within 30 days after delivery. Please review the current Refund Policy before purchasing. Do not send a return to a supplier or manufacturer or without written instructions from Felytra.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation is available when it is completed before fulfillment begins. Once processing or shipment has started, a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Felytra does not receive your full payment-card number.
